Your content

You keep every right to the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and to market the properties shown.

AI edits

Virtually staged and twilight images are digitally altered. Many markets require them to be labelled that way in listings. Following your local rules is your responsibility.

Payments and refunds

All credit pack purchases are final. Once a purchase is complete, we do not refund payments, including for unused credits, except where the law requires us to. If an AI edit fails, its credits go back to your account balance. They are not paid back as money.

Storage

Each account includes 1 GB of storage for photos, edits and videos. Extra storage is £1 a month for each 2 GB. If you stop paying for extra storage, your allowance returns to 1 GB, and you will need to delete files to get below it before you can add more.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or use Property Captures to misrepresent a property.

Property Captures is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
